When you were a kid did you ever think that our universe was inside a tear or a drop of water in some other universe?

I still do sometimes :) I never really thought about it until i saw the thing with the snowflakes at the start of the grinch. that led to endless possibilities for me. I used to think waving at a map or a globe was amazing too because it's kind of like waving at yourself..... I thought that anyway.

I never thought of it quite like that, but have suspected that what we scrap from beneath our fingernail might, in fact, be the universe of some equally unsuspecting creatures. Or the speck of dust reflected in sunlight. Does our universe look like that, a speck of dust, to other creatures?
