I can only come up with a few nightly ones for you, like pizza or chineese delivery drivers, or perhaps a full/part time on call driver for a funeral home.

If you have a bachelors degree, you need to be looking for a full time job with benefits. When you find one, you can quit the part time job or try to work evenings instead of afternoons if possible. Part time jobs don't give you very good health/dental insurance if they offer it at all. If you break a leg and can't work and you don't have insurance, you could lose your job and be out on the street. Also, think about how your part time job is building your resume. Is this job giving you experience in the area you want to end up in, or are you just wasting time trying to pay bills?
