Do you purchase your cell phones by shopping online or going to retail phone stores?

I've looked at them online, but, as my provider has a store 5 minutes from my house, I go there to actually purchase them.

The company I work for provides my cell phone. My sis-in-law owns a dealership and provids my wife and kids with cell phones. We are lucky, no cell phone bills!

I usually buy in store. I've bought one phone online because it had a rebate online only.

Phone stores. I like to physically hold the phone & press the buttons to see how it feels. The buttons have to feel 'just right' for texting on.
