You mean bottom of the basket, don't you?
Their fries are cooked in wire baskets.
If you are not satisfied, take them back. they will make it right.
they give you what they have in the bin. they dont try to cheet you.
now if you want salt on them, ask for them extra crispy and then dip them in a cup of mac sause. now THERE is something that will make the fried less bongy and less discusting
If I'm not satisfied with something, I just return it. I will never pay for something I'm not 100% happy with.
I don't eat mcd's, but if I have to go and I feel I got stuck with bottom fries, I'd go back.

I try to avoid McDonalds, but here's a tip. If you ask for fries with no salt, they have to make a fresh batch just for you. :) Then just use the salt packets in the bag.
You're not going to lead a very happy life if you are obsessed about where your french fries come from.
you know thats kinda funny, when we order fries we state loudly that if they are stale,or other wise old we will bring them back in for a fresh one or a refund. we don't get old fries any more. Mickey D's fries are good fresh but nasty stale. you pay for them you should get them fresh,or return them to the shift manger.

If there weren't pickles and onion rings in a McD burger, wouldn't it be a cake? All the other ingredients are sugar and preservatives.
