Help answer this question below.
See a doctor. If over the counter treatments and good diet aren't solving the problem by now then they're not going to.
A doctor can prescribe medication which will help deal with the root cause of the problem and solve it for good.
It could be stress caused. If you haven't been to a dermatoligist yet, make an appointment. It also could be as simple as changing you facial soap. Maybe you are having a reaction to it.
Just go to a dermatologist -- that's what they are for.
No drying soap! First of all, Proactiv. No s***. Do it. Follow all the steps. Second, dermatologist -- something on the inside. I'm on a hormone (not estrogen, something really light -- it's actually a water pill ... I'm not sure how it works). Don't do antibiotics because you will lose your resistance to bacterial infections. Also, there is always Acutane, which can damage the liver so you have to do frequent blood tests. Once you've done steps one and two start going to an aesthetician for bi-weekly facial peels (glycolic or salicylic or lactic) ... that will help tons, but make sure you go somewhere that's licensed and that works under the supervision of the doctor. Do those things and all will be well. Don't use soap.
Use a more drying soap and wash your face every day. See a dermatologist if it persists.
Your hormones is causing this problem. I'm having the same problem. The only time my skin was awesome is when I was pregnant and taking prenatal vitamins. Now thats all gone and my skin is right back to looking like i'm going through puberty. At 28!!! I'm gonna try just taking prenatal vitamins again even though I'm not pregnant. If this doesnt work then I'll have to go to a doctor.
See a dermatologist and endocronologist..sometimes some hormonal disbalance may also cause acne.
It would be better to consult a dermatologist as home made remedies or over the counter skin ointments are not going to help. You can also refer to following website which mentions about certain precautions you should take.

You're reading I am 29 and still get crazy pimples. I don't touch my face, so that is not the problem. I eat really healthy, so that's not the problem. Any idea how to fix me?

Thanks, so true. Clearly its not gonna happen since it hasn't yet!

At 29 it's quite likely to be a problem only the Doctor can help with - they can give very effective treatments though- I've seen people with really bad acne have it clear up completely after a few months.

At 29 (certainly in England) you'd probably be fast tracked to Roaccutane. They tend to be more generous with it once you get into your mid twenties, and while it's very potent, it really does clear everything up. I'm due for a course in January.
