Yes, especially when they are whacking you with that hard beak. And they aren't shy. I used to go to this place called Lion Country Safari, where you drive your car inside and the animals run free. The ostriches were the most aggressive animals. They'd bang on the windows pretty hard. I've got a picture of it somewhere, but it on film so I’d have to go scan it in.
