My favorite bartender is the fictional character played by Linda Purl in Silverado.

Sam Malone from Cheers. He always made you feel at home and was more than just a good bartender to all his bar flies but a good friend as well who would go out of his way to help his best friends, i.e. customers plus he could always snag a hot broad any time he wanted to.
