I am going through it now, Death of my spouse. Not easy, I am not sure how to keep going.all kinds of emotions. seems to get worse and then better and then worse again.....sad, empty. lonely. dream like state.the fog has worn off, now it is reality. emotions are running wild , like the waves on the sea, up and down.
