- Aye.. indeed. What bothers me is I assume this is a pretty straightforward question. Why do I constantly get resistance from thin skinned high minded members of rank who don't approve of the very question. See above or maybe below for example.

If one looks at it as just a piece of rope with a knot tied in it, no. If one sees it as something more, and is offended, then yes. I see many dummies hanged at halloween. I am not offended. Many times those who are offended by this or that are simply looking for a confrontation. They have a particular agenda and see these things as a way to bring attention to their agenda.

This would assume that this person is wrong either way, having to 'tolerate' him/her. I don't like where you're coming from.
