I would say Milk and Honey but Juno stole that one. You could just called it Untitled. I think that'd be funny. Plus, it's untitled cuz you never know what could be in there. Quick Pick. Quick Pick Mart. Quicken. Slim Pickings. Plethora. For Your Convenience. Store. Uh...I'll think of some less awful ones.

Do you or your husband have a nickname? The local grocer in my hometown uses his nickname(I won't mention it!).

Chinese people are big on "lucky" names, so if a significant portion of your target market is Chinese you might try something along those lines, e.g., "Lucky Dragon," etc. Only one possible problem I can see is that it might be perceived as patronizing, if you're not Asian yourselves. This might be ameliorated by using something not *quite* so Chinese, e.g., "Lucky Number," "Lucky Seven" or "Lucky Star," etc. Do convenience stores in Australia sell lottery tickets, as they do in the U.S.? If so, then just wait till a major winner purchases from your store. People who are superstitious will take that as confirmation of your "lucky" name - no matter than other stores with perfectly ordinary names have also sold winners! Good luck to you (no pun intended).
