Do you prefer to listen to music or a morning show in the car on your way to work in the mornings?

Music. Usually CDs. All the time in the car. For the most part I don't like morning shows.

For some reason I always have music or talk on any other time I am in the car EXCEPT for the mornings on the way to work (I think that I'm still waking up). If and when I do feel like listening in the mornings, I'll listen to morning shows.

My commute is very short, ten minutes or less. While I'd prefer a nice talk show, you don't get much in ten minutes. Generally, I'll just listen to music.

i enjoy talk radio. it informs ya of a lot of stuff you should know. i gotta go moring show as in news maybe even sports as this interests me. i hate the shitty music they play on the radio anyway so this is a no brainer for me

a morning show! they're usually the best, i can always listen to music later!

NPR, it's the least offensive station and doesn't have many commercials, though it's pretty crapulous in it's own right. I can't wait though to get an Internet Radio so that I can listen to Radio 4 or Radio 1 and get something that is at least not functionally brain dead, irritating and bland.

I don't drive to work these days as my wife and I work from home, but when I used to have a regular job back in England, I listened to the local BBC Radio station, which was mixture if news, chat and music.

I HAVE to have music. I cannot stand the artificial insolence of those morning radio people. Blah, blah, blah... ha, ha, ha.... blah blah blah. That's all I hear when I have that crap on. And don't get me started on the 20 minutes of commercials per hour either.

I hate ANY kind of noise in the morning. I like peace and quiet, No Music, No irritating up beat chatter from brain dead early morning DJ's (I wish they'd choke to death on their microphones!) In fact don't even talk to me until about 10:00 AM! I'm not a morning person at all!

I listen to talk radio or morning shows if I'm in my car that early. I'm a limo driver so I listen to plenty of music daily. It gets really old to hear the same stuff on the radio all the time.
