  • Why not? As long as it's done respectfully anything is bound to be criticized and/or analyzed. That said ,religion is a deeply personal subject so I guess everyone should tread lightly and try not to impose beliefs and make derogatory comments.

  • life itself is sort of a religion. all religion is fundamentally flaud and to an extent fiction, BUT all these that all these religions talk about in their holy books might have happened, but one has to belive that all these religious texts were written by humans not by angels. there are errors in them but overall you take the good in any religion. ADDICTION IS BAD...it can apply to religion as well. look at the muslims now..... they are addicted...... but fundamentally religion is there THAT AT THE END OF THE DAY YOU NEED TO FEEL that there is SOMETHING BEYOND YOU so you are not afraid to DIE.......

  • Religious folks sure are good at criticising others, so I don't see why they shouldn't get their due. Besides, criticism is good for all sides, if it helps you learn and question stuff. As long as it's mature and constructive, there's no problem, or at least, there shouldn't be.

  • When I see a division between morality and religion, I worry. When I see a claim of morality without religion, I doubt. When I see a religion claiming to be the sole source of morality, I scoff.
  • Religion as a social construction is harmful to humanity and no longer serves any purpose that cannot be served in another, simpler way. In my opinion, religion should be criticized the same way political ideologies and personal behavior should be criticized; constructivly with an eye on making the world better.
