Well, no one has had a crush on me, but when I have had crushes they have grown over time. They have also disappeared over time. Anything that happens since the first day is just physical attraction.

I tend to be very cautious of anybody who starts a crush with me after the first meeting, in my experience it has turned into more of an obsession -- not good. I prefer interest at first, but an actual crush that develops over a little more time.

Never the first time we meet, but it does usually come on pretty fast. There are of course, exceptions. Cliche aside, anything is possible.
