I don't like to ask for help for some reason i think that i don't need it even if i know that i do, and I'm better giving i just don't care about my self but when it comes to the people i care about its a different story.

It's much easier for me to ask for help with practical things than it is to ask for help with emotional problems. And yes, giving is easier and more enjoyable for me.
