  • Verizon is my wireless carrier. I hate it! I cannot complain about the reception but whenever I've had to deal with customer service, they have always been rude and slow.
  • They suck for the simple fact that their customer service dept. isn't open on weekends or the rest of the business for that matter.
  • Not very happy with Verizon right now. I'll be switching soon. Had no problems for 5 years until Jan. '06. Now every month theres a problem. Few dropped calls is the only plus, everything else sucks.
  • Folks I'll give to you that the customer service sucks and they don't give anything for free but what's important to me is the call getting through.
  • I have been pretty pleased with them up until I upgraded to a Krazor, it was a month old, the glass crac ked on the cover and they won't fix it. They said I have to go through Motorolla. I would think I still under wrranty and they should fix or replace it, but no.
  • Verizon is the only thing I've ever had... And I love it... All of my friends have Sprint, T-Mobile or Cingular/AT&T... I've used their phones a couple of times, and don't like it... I like Verizon's phones, plans and service over-all... Have never had any problems with costumer service yet, either... Well, mom hasn't... she's 43 and has had Verizon for 11 or so years...
  • THEY ARE THE WORST. They installed their equipment on June 3, 2008. It is now July 17, 2008 and I have spent more hours on the phone with them than I have spent calling friends/family in the last year!!! The automated phone tree is designed to get you to give up. If you do get a person, they transfer you all over the place, another ploy to get you to quit. And you have to be really hard line to get them to agree to send a tech out to fix things and even more adamant to get a credit.
