  • Erectile dysfunction has many causes. Testosterone therapy works only in men who have a testosterone deficiency. The best way to do this is to inject testosterone directly into the penis just prior to intercourse. Pelvic floor exercise may help improve venous blood flow in the penis, and also tone and strengthen the muscles that are responsible for ejaculation. You do this by alternately contracting and relaxing the anal sphincter. Chi-Kung and Yoga practitioners combine controlled breathing with this form of exercise. Intensive weight training (lots of sets and reps) followed by adequate rest increases a person's testosterone level. Go heavy on your gluts, quads and hamstrings. These muscles help your pelvic thrust to kick in when it is time. Regular prostate massage will help clear congestion in your prostate and ease the transition from erection to ejaculation. You can incorporate this in your sex play and ask your partner to participate.
  • Well I am in a similar boat. My type II diabetes has lead to ED. I am on testosterone replacement and I must say it has done wonders for my ED. It helps me by increasing my libido which under any circumstances increases blood flow naturally creating a more rigid erection. For me I have tried all three of the major ED medicines and I found the most relief from Viagra. It is a little bit of a pain to use in that the timing is important. I creates a 1 to 2 hour window of opportunity 1 hour or so after taking it.
