I live in a house that my father in law made additions to without permits. There are no original plans for this house at the county or city. Can I sell as is?

You can sell as is but you must disclose that there is no permits on the additions. It is going to be very difficult for you to find a buyer. Most buyers get scared off if they find out a property dosnt have permits on additions. It will be a struggle. -
