CPU no. Old CRTs (monitors) possible. But you have to go back years (green screen/orange screen CRTs) to find CRTs that did not have filtered glass.

No. Computers nowadays have to be pretty well shielded. Not to protect users, who are actually much less sensitive, but to protect other computers. The computer box is well shielded. And you have may have notices strange bulges, usually cylindrical, in the various cables connected to your computer; these are to stop the cables acting as aerials and transmitting harmful radiation. Computers are one thing the Health and Safety people have well and truly caught on to. Radiation risk very low. Bad posture, lack of exercise, RSI, bad lighting - these are the things you need to worry about.

The only radiation emitted by the CPU is heat (infra red radiation, the same as an electric heater).
