First step away from your desk and with your right foot give it a really quick kick (do it quick and it won't hurt as bad ) and send it flying across the room. Then quickly run to where it landed and kick it again until you hear something break......step back and take a deep breath and know that it had to be done. Well, quit can mean 2 things...you can quit by just leaving and you can quit by deleting your account. The second is impossible and the first is very hard once you're hooked. If you REALLY want to, you can change your password by bashing the keyboard, copying an pasting...but I really don't recommend it.

You can. Just log off an don't log back in again. You can change your avatar to one of the standard blue bags and call yourself Anonymous (a lot of people do that when they leave). You can't delete your account, but you can "quit" if you want to.
