It depends... are you after doing this for profit, or fun? If you have too many old knickers and simply want some new ones, then I think perhaps the Aladdin "new pants for old" tack may be best... you could insist that for anyone to get hold of a pre-loved pair they must send you a pair of new ones (send you a piccy before to make sure you like them) whereas, if you are after money & profit then go to a pound shop, by a multipack of the cheapest undercrackers you can get hold of and sell away ! Yes there are a lot of men who will buy them. Especially if they are from very young girls who are virgins. Check the laws in your state.
