Depends how much that relationship meant to them. Ask them. If it would hurt them, then yes it's wrong.

I have done it... and I have had it done to me twice. ITS COMPLETELY WRONG!!! I had the balls to tell my friend. He was devastated. Now this friend did it to me. He didn't tell me. They both hid it. Before I found out I was getting closer to my ex and was thinking about getting back with her. I dont know how she could look me in the face. To make it worse i was also getting really close with my mate. Going out. heaps of shit. and the whole time he slept with me ex. If you dont know how it feels then trust me you dont want to know. If you do it be prepared to lose everything.

depends how long there relationship and how serious it was is your best friend over her? then its probably okay, not a kind thing to do, but its fne

What difference should it make,,,she is his ex and he is your friend...friendship isn't much of a friendship if your having sex with his ex causes a problem between you.

It breaks unwritten friendship ethics. Unless clear consent is given from your best friend, it's a sin of the highest order

i just went threw this...it hurts. my bud of 15yrs slep with my x wife(now good friend or so i thought) shortly after we split...i dident find out till 2 days ago...Its definitly somthing i would never do to a friend. i'm no bleeding heart but it fucking hurt. so to anyone out there whos thinking of sleeping with your friends ex...talk to them first if you give a shit at all. i lost to good friends over this, and one of them the mother of my children. later

Depends on a lot of things already stated - PLUS - how good a friend the person and you are. I mean just because a girl has an ex doesn't mean a stranger can't date her right? So if you and the guy weren't really good friends, then it doesn't matter. Just hanging out with someone doesn't make everyone they've dated off limits. That's BS IMO

Yes, it's WRONG! A "friend" did this to me. She slept with my ex boyfriend. She had the nerve to call me and scream.... "Why didn't you tell me his penis is so SMALL???" Our "friendship" hasn't been the same since. And, if she hadn't been messing where she shouldn't have been messing, she wouldn't have been so disappointed!!!

Not wrong but bloody insensitive especially if they still have feelings for their ex.
