Not really, but my dogs always do, and they're getting pretty annoyed with me for constantly picking them out!

I never refer to the crusty formations in the corner of eyes as boogers... boogers are wet and slimy and only come from the nose or mouth.

I call these things "murnies".

mine are never slimy, crunchy is more like it.
