Yes. You don't need a drivers license to buy a car - just to drive one. You simply purchase your car, have it transported to the port, and ship it where ever you want.
It will probably be better to buy the car in Asia. It costs very much to ship a car, probably much more than you expect. There will be taxes and costs that you do not expect.
And what are you going to do with the sheep ? Sorry, could not resist :-) I can't see a problem with what you want to do, talk to the dealer, they should be able to arrange if for you.

You're reading I wanna buy the car here in US and imedently sheep it to my country (Asia), but I haven't a driver licence, a man whom I'll send that car he has a driver licence. Is it possible do this?
