As a woman, I would not submit to a breast enlargement or reduction as I am perfect the way I am, my husband will agree with that. It's the rest of my body that could use some work. LOL

No. I wouldn't want "My Lady" to mutilate or alter her body in any way for my sake. And even besides that, I don't find large breasts all that attractive of a characteristic in a mate. I go more for a unique, beautiful personality, one of the traits of which would most likely be individuality and confidence. And frankly, I seriously doubt if a confident, individualistic woman with a well-developed personality would submit to major surgery just to be more physically attractive to her partner. My husband is very happy as I am lactating. If I want to be bigger I just feed more and if I want to be smaller I just feed less. He hates the idea of false enlargement and natural is working fine for us.

From a female standpoint, I think that if my boobs were to go flat, like if I'd nursed a bunch of kids or something, I might get a lift. Probably no implants, though.

I don't have a wife, but if I did the answer would be no. I do not condone plastic surgery and I think it is ridiculous that so much money is wasted on that. Think about all the children that wouldn't be starving to death right now if plastic surgery didn't exist.

I wouldn't ENCOURAGE her to have any plastic surgery because I love her as she is. BUT if she felt incomplete and has some sensible reason (or really convinced me this was something she needed to do) then I would be ok with it.

Definitely not, I'm against plastic surgery altogether, I think it's a waste of money and makes the person insecure. Whatever you have, you should be happy with it, it's unnatural to have plastic IN you! My wife is already pretty hefty in certain parts of her body (ass, thighs!) I wouldn't want her to change one bit!

Fact from fiction, truth from diction, it would not be needed. My woman had a nice rack when I met her, but after 6 months of constant massage (every chance I can rub them) she is up a cup and ½ size. People think she had work done or is taking hormones. It is all love and my magic hands.

Yes, if she is willing, I am all for it. I've had a hair transplant, because I wanted it. If she wants a boob job, I'm not going to tell her no. I personally like the look of large perky breasts that come from having a boob job. If she wants to do it, I would encourage her for sure.
