  • The pressure changes when it is raining, for example thats how a barometer works. The changed pressure makes you sleepy. This is true, because even if its just about to rain, you are still sleepy.

  • Rain is usually accompanied by dark clouds and sometimes wind and it makes things like night or at the very least gloomy. It keeps some people from feeling alive and wanting to be active. So they sleep it off until the sunshine returns. It is partly psychological.
