  • Check out nutritional supplements like probiotics that support healthy bacteria in the digestive tract. Good fats like olive & coconut oil are fine and so are vegetables and fruits and lentils, barley, etc. are good too. You might want to avoid, red meat, sugar, white flour, nuts, alcohol and caffeine, at least for a while.
