Help answer this question below.

I can feel a grinding in my wrist, like bone on bone, any ideas of what it could be or what I should do besides make a doctors appointment(1 week wait)?

    i have the same problem in my hips theres nothing you can really do.

    Sounds like the loss of cartiledge in your wrist (similar to what happens with knees). There's really nothing you can do until you see your doctor; he/she can make recommendations.

    Go to a TRUSTED chiropractor. I have, and mine has helped my wrist. In fact, I haven't had to go in over a year for my wrist.
