I don't know but knowing you it's probably a communist country your trying to blow smoke up...The (((only))) reason a communist country helps another non communist area in the world is to try to get a foot hold into their society and eventually take control/overthrow their goverment, Marxists are a very dedicated and deceiving breed of people
