Why is it when I try to flag a question as a duplicate I need to delete the first 2 or so words of the duplicate question before the search thing finds the one I am looking for even though they are worded EXACTLY the same?

I'm not sure exactly how does the Duplicate machine works when flagging a question as duplicate. Sometimes, 2 questions that are exactly the same may not read each other, and may not correspond to the question, and sometimes, this is the reason why you may need to delete a few words or so. In other cases, there have been problems where 2 questions don't come up as a duplicate form. This is also why some words need to be deleted for this. It's not a bug that's causing this, but rather how the machine works when reading the questions.
