I have the same Problem. I will come back to this page if I find an answer and give u whatever Website/Solution/Whatever else I can to help. This is OUR Problem and I am getting frustrated with it. If I have to I will call the Zune Number and complain and complain and complain until I become their Biggest Problem and they HAVE to fix it.
