How can I contact yahoo customer service? is there an email address or a phone number?

I've been looking to contact Yahoo too... I've found 2 options: 1) There Customer Care telephone number 1-866-562-7219 (found at http://yhoo.client.shareholder.com/press/contact.cfm) and 2) their Head Office telephone number 1-408-349-3300 (found at http://yhoo.client.shareholder.com/press/address.cfm).

The head office number tells you to contact the Customer Care number for customer service issues.

The customer service number gets you to an automated system that strategically tries to get you to follow paths that terminate with you not talking to a human...

The trick with the customer service number is to keep pressing zero (0) until you get a human...

I have also tried to contact Yahoo customer service to discontinue an old account that they bought from another provider. I can't find an e-mail or contact address/phone number either. I did find an e-mail address for questions and never got a response.

I am set up on auto billing so I don't get a bill. I think I will tell my credit card to stop paying the charge. That should get them to contact me fast enough.

Why I can NOT receive any e-mail from hotwire.com.
They (hotwire.com) said they have sent to my e-mail
phil1511@yahoo.com twice today 07/14/2008, but I don't receive any?
URGENT please because there is travel information I need to know rigth away!

I am totally confused. I have used yahoo for 10 years and would want no other.
During the last few days or weeks you have altered some of the yahoo activities to my dismay. eg. Where is the printable view that I used so much? How can I get rid of the flagged Flag? The bottom check all does not work, neither

There is no "contact us" at the Yahoo help page. So whoever answered that way didn't know what he was talking about.
I paid for a game that did not load and I have been looking for a Yahoo contact page for the last 15 minutes. Yahoo took the $ out of account RIGHT AWAY.

The best way is to open the door and shout out "Yahoo" at the top of your lungs. If you don't get arrested for disturbing the peace, then someone should yell the phone number back to you. (hehe).

Dont provide tech support for all properties. Primary properties do have contact us tab that send msg - email contact.

For the posts on games issues - go through billing - they will not be able to help your tech problem but will be able to credit you back.

For the post on the email scam artist - go to report abuse on mail help contact us - there is a report abuse which they will do research and if found they are abusive they will disable account.

If you are able to post this question, you should be able to go to www.yahoo.com, and on most business websites, there be a "contact us" or "support" link. Usually at the bottom.

You can't contact Yahoo. They have become so big that if you have a problem, your choices are to either live with it, or move on to another service. Odds are the other service is either owned by AT&T/Yahoo and you will still end up with the great service you have come to love and expect. You would think that they are making enough money off advertisement to at least have some third world country answer your questions in a heavy accent that you really can't understand. Good luck.

Yes there is an email which is cc-advoc@yahoo-inc.com, and they are really good. usually you will hear back from them within 1-2 days on business days. Hope it helps!
