  • Ok KKImmy, A comment. Get the time clock part out of your head. If it has always been ahead, there is no issue. a few questions. secondly; Are you in the US?( I know nothing about laws overseas) Can your allegations of sexual harassment be verified by witnesses? Do you have a union, or other represention? (I'm guessing if you did this would not have come up) Sexual Harassment is a matter judged "material" by the EEoc, so that individual may be able to file EEO complaint, and get some other protections from retailiation while this is under investigation. good luck, also if you are named as a witness, you are protected from retaliation as well. A side note, if others have been terminated for tardiness under the same rule the case will be harder, but not impossiable to win.
  • how much of a slave are you?
  • Its hard to say. If you knew the time clock was set early, then you get there early. As far as the sexual harrassment claim, unless you have proof of this, you are probably SOL. Just cough it up to experience, and move on. There are bigger and better things out there for you.
