I don't exactly have a print, but I have my mom's quilt! It's blue, off white, and a deep red. It's divided into 9 squares with geometrical designs in each one. It's beautiful!

A beautifully framed print of Degas, 'Ballet Class'

One of the last two that Peter bought me.

He found it in a grotty frame at an auction and I wanted it but he said no. Bought it on the sly and had it reframed before he gave it to me for my Birthday last year.

Well I have this big painting my great grandfather made, a landscape from the Danish "Animal Gardens". It is so big it covers the entire window in front of my computer station (it keeps out the light), and as I needed a wall there for bookshelves I have it behind the shelves facing outwards, you can only see it from outside.

    regards JakobA

Besides the background on the laptop (Which is a self-took pic of Stonehenge)... It would be the painting of dogs playing poker... My boss is a little off...

About 2 1/2 feet away from me (as I'm typing this) there is a framed print of St John the Baptist (from the Nelson-Atkins Museum in KC, Missouri) by Caravaggio...one of my favorite paintings from that museum or any other for that matter:

We only go for the classics in our house, although after his recent troubles, we're thinking of switching to Bulldogs Playing Poker or Elvis on black velvet;)

    We miss our girl!

It's a print (really cheap one that my mom picked up for me!) of that painting of the purple flowers with the long green leaves. (I have some in front of my house, but can't remember what they're called!)

A print of the Rat Pack. On the same wall, but farther from me is that print of all those guys eating lunch on a girder in NYC in the 40s or 50s.

I have three oil painting above my computer. One is from my step father, one is from a student of his, and one is from my youngest son. My son was about 6 when he did it, so it has the place of honor above the others.

I have two toucans painted on a leaf that has had all the meat removed from its veins. The toucans are painted in natural pigments harvested from the amazon. My wife bought it when she was in Brazil and stayed in a village deep in the jungle.
