Were can i go to download all the materials i need to build a website and to learn how to build one? preferably a website were people can download games or play off the web.

You don't really need to download anythin to build a website, unless you wanted to download something like Microsoft front page. You can either make a website from HTML (hyper text markup language) and/or javascript. Or you can use a service like Http://tripod.com and use their templates. If you use a site like that, you can also edit the HTML. You can get a free account through tripod, and if you like it, and are good at it, you can pay for a domain name and more storage. You can search google for HTML tutorials. The basics are not really that hard. As for the games part, I'm not really sure on that... Good Luck ^,^
