  • My friend used to have two cats and it was great to watch them play, stalking each other, jumping high in the air. So I'd say yes.
  • absolutely get her a friend. We adopted a girl kitten in May and got her a friend the following month and have had no regrets. It was a little scary the first week as they had a few fights but once one of them proved who was "boss" they got along great. It is so much fun to watch them play and wrestle and chase each other around. Good luck and please rescue from a shelter if you can. :-)
  • I have to say, each cat we've brought a friend to has thrived. Even our 15 year old who attacked nearly every living creature. Once we brought a small kitten in, he mellowed and began fathering her, much to our astonishment. Like any creature, cats are social and enjoy companionship. It helps promote play, grooming and social interaction. If it's within your means, stop by your local shelter and find a suitable companion for your little one. I'm pretty sure everyone will be happy and the better for it.
  • absolutely....kitties do get lonesome when they're all alone, so another kitty to keep her company is a great solution. Note: She might get along better with a neutered male kitten.
