It was true. J.D. Washington was cut by the St. Louis Rams in August 2007. Running back J.D. Washington was signed as a free agent out of Morehouse College in 2006 by the St. Louis Rams and spent the 2006 season on the Rams’ practice squad. I do not believe that he has been signed by another pro team since.
