5'4 = 115-120 Ideal

It varies for all guys, really, but I prefer an athletic build. Not sure what weight that cooresponds to, but probably like 115ish? Plus/minus 10lbs, probably? I really don't know. How about somewhere in the range of Eva Longoria and Kim Kardashian.

A good rule of thumb is to start at 100lbs for a 5'0" woman and add 5 lbs per inch; i.e., 5'1=105 5'2=110 5'3=115 5'4=120 5'5=125 5'6=130, etc Basically, that will give you a body that no one could consider overweight, and you won't be rail thin either. Also, it should be said that people 'hold their weight' differently, so if you weigh more than the formula above but you suspect that an xtra 5lbs is in only your boobs and/or butt, that's probably a GOOD thing. But if that extra weight is anywhere else (in your chin, arms, lovehandles, belly,etc.), it can make you appear more overweight than you already are. In short, lose the double chin, big arms, and belly, and you'll look great. And one last thing: No fake boobs please.

men mostly like Hourglass shape (triangles opposing, facing in)

If I can see more of her ribs than mine, that's too small. If she has a spare tyre, that's too big.
