You know when I feel that way, I have to start making a plan. What are the steps I'm going to take and the timeframe (immediate and longterm). Longterm is more cheerful to think about but you have to get the immediate steps in place so, write an immediate step to take and then a long term thing (like fund-raise for an orphanage in Katmandu by going on a trek to the Mt. Everest Base Camp). This helps me feel better and like someone is counting on me.

yeah. right after finishing college. i had been unemployed for half a year after that. i felt so useless then. =(
