Do you think the majority of AB-ers are liberal/democrat or conservative/republican? Do you think there is a distinct bias one way or the other, or do you think it's fairly evenly balanced between them?

I think there are a lot of moderates here. I'm VERY liberal. Some people are quite conservative. Where I'm from, I'm quite moderate, so AB is such a shock.

I don't know which are the majority but the conservatives are definitely the most vocal and vitriolic.

I think it's a fair balance. I also think sometimes it's a bit hard to tell. I'm mostly conservative, but there are some things that might lead one to believe otherwise. For example, I used to support Pres. Bush, but those days are over. If someone read one of my posts in which he was mentioned, they might believe I was Democrat.

i don't know the ratio, I just wish there were more independents. In fact, I wish there was a majority of independents. On this forum, in this nation and around the world.

I think we're pretty well balanced. I am on the books as NonPartisan... because neither of the major parties agrees with me. I'm economic conservative, social liberal. Best I can see I'm totalitarian, but that sounds so... bad-guy like. Ah well. I've never been insulted here ^_^ That's what I like about this place.

Probably mostly liberal or moderate. Seems that way to me. Now that I think of it, the people here on Answerbag remind me a lot of the people on another forum I visit. They are the same way.

i feel as though i am much more radical than many of my counterparts here on AB... there seems to be a tendency to be pretty moderate.

My impression to date is that liberal/democrats are a minority on AB. Am now going to take a look at Yahoo Answers to see if this is also how things appear there.
