What is faith? How do you know that what you believe is true (and that others are wrong) or do you ever question if maybe you are the one who is wrong? (Assuming there is a right and a wrong view)

Faith is believing in something that has no evidence to prove it is correct. Religion is one example. A 2nd would be saying your team in any sport will win their championship. As for how people know something is true, that is the essence of faith! They know because they think they know. Some people see their faith with an open mind and are more than happy to question the reliability of that faith while others refuse point blank to even listen to anything else.

I don't have faith and as such question whether I am right all the time. I could be wrong but I haven't been convinced yet.
