In Florida you can get a 20 pack or Camel, Marlboro, Winston, New Port etc. for about $3.85 a pack and sometimes less if they got a buy one get one type deal going on.

You can still get a carton of non-brand-name cigarettes for a little over $17 here in Florida. Name brands go for about $25. But in other state like New York they are a lot higher because the state has attached some very high (and some say illegal) taxes on them.

In New York they are $5 a pack some places $5.25. It is getting exspensive, I have thought of quitting for this reason.

In New Mexico (USA) at some of the pueblos where there are no applicable taxes you can get cartons of ten packs as low as $10.00. Those are off-brands like Native and Liggit. For popular brands they charge around $25-30 per carton.

In the state of Maine Marlboro's are $5.25 a pack a carton goes for about $42+.

I will answer for Canada,because we are in North America...In Ontario, premium packs go for up to $9, but you can get the Indian smokes for as low as $30 a carton of 10
