First, make sure that the iPod game you are trying to put on your iPod is compatible with the model you have. Then, open iTunes and plug in your iPod. If it doesn't sync automatically, go to the Games tab on the main iPod page and check the tab that says to sync all games. Then Apply it, and your iPod should sync the games. Hope this helps!
