  • unfortunately that does happen. unfortunately the majority of answerbag users don't know what nonsense is. :(
  • Most likely, you would need to get it in the right flag for a better chances for your flag to be approved. Nonsense flags are for questions/answers that don't make any sense, or that are rather unintualectual. Spam/Offensive flags are for questions/ answers that promote business(Spam) and rather rude and suggestive comments.(Offensive) However, in some other cases, where moderation needs to step in effectively, then the flags of either nonsense or spam/offensive may not be that necessary to flag it. Cases like big-time spammers really don't apply the flag as long as the user doesn't mainly contribute to the website. • You can either flag something Nonsense OR Spam/Offensive, you can't do both or all three. And when you do it goes to the Staff where the moderators look it over...hopefully....and check to see if it actually is what you flagged it as. Then they either reject the question because it is Nonsense OR Spam/Offensive or send a rejection notice to the person who flagged it saying they were wrong, it wasn't what they flagged it.
  • How is it that this question doesn't get removed as nonsense? http://www.answerbag.com/q_view/419676 Sometimes your flags don't go through even if you feel you have a legit case.
