Not if they weren't stung. And even then, it's usually okay. We had a dog, a puppy really who didn't know any better, bite on a bee and got stung. One whole side of her lip and then her face swelled up huge! We took her to the vet but he said it would be okay an dgo down on it's own. She was fine.
