There's really no way to do it slowly; you're supposed to do it at a rate that's comfortable for you.

You're supposed to go slowly, it is actually an ab exercise. However, if you're like me, you probably go fast and end up doing 4-5 extra rolls while trying to control the exercise with your core muscles!

Fast. I've never been able to do it slow, or know a way how to.
