We have Taylor Pork Roll in NJ. You slice it, most people fry it, and make sandwiches with eggs and cheese. I have it unfryed (It's already been cooked) with mustard - it freaks people out.

I would say planked salmon..it's certainly prepared all over..but it's a traditional native american dish that has it's origin here.

Prickly Pear Cactus. It can be diced like pineapple and used as a topping on yogurt or cereal or blended into a smoothie.
