  • Tell him it was not you and that you have no way of even accessing the money. Then ask for any accusations to be made in writing with justification. Then, if he does accuse you formally, it might be time to contact a layer for help!
  • How is she convincing him it's you when you don't have a key? If you are approached about it, play that card. If your boss is a reasonable person at all, he will realize that it is not possible you are the culprit. Best of luck.
  • Sounds like kind of a toxic work environment. I can tell you that, in the whole scheme of your life, this particular job and these people probably aren't going to matter much. If you feel like the situation is deteriorating, why not look around and see if there is somewhere else you might be interested in working? And don't just look for "any" job. Ask yourself, "where would I really LIKE to work?""What kind of environment do I WANT to work in?""What kind of people do I want to work with?" And then seek that job out. Too often, people just wait until a situation becomes unbearable before they make a change.
