Is it possible for somene who can't sing well, to learn how to sing as good as most singers out there in the industry?

With voice training you can at least learn to sing in key, whether your voice is dynamic or powerful enough to be great is another issue, but you won't sound like a screech owl at karoake night if you sing in key.

With lessons i think it is possible to mprove most voices. Some may never be brilliant but at least they will not scream on your nerves. I think most people can be taught to carry a tune.
