Do you look at a person's "friends" list before you add them to your friends? have you ever not added someone because of what you found?

I don't care about who you're friends with...I look at the question and answer and comment history. If I'm not impressed or intrigued with what I see, I don't need you as a friend. It'd be spamming up my light.

I rarely even look at a persons profile , I have never looked at anyones friends list.

That is not important to me. I must know who this person is and have interacted with this individual first of all in order to determine if I like this person. Next I look at their ratings given. If I don't know the person too well, I will reject someone who has a poor ratings given because that screams out troll and I sure don't want one of these people as a friend. That's all I look for.

No..it doesn't matter who their friends are. I ask or accept people to my friend's list by their questions and answers
