  • False information on a ticket does not make the ticket invalid. You would have to appear before the court. The judge is likely to ask you if you are saying that you could not have committed this act. Since you signed the ticket and your drivers license number on the ticket, then there is compelling evidence that it was you.
  • Thank you. I have never a ticket or accident in 18 yrs. of driving. Since the time was different by 10 minutes, I had just wondered, if he could of pulled me over in error, thought I was a car that he saw previously.
  • Maybe the battery in his watch died. makes no difference. this can be corrected in court. the citation is still valid.
